The PhD Program in Legal Sciences ensures that the research activity carried out by doctoral candidates results in the production of original scientific contributions, directly attributable to each candidate, both individually and in collaborative form.
In order to enhance the multidisciplinary and international dimension of research, a collective volume in English is periodically published, gathering the results of the doctoral candidates’ studies.
The following volumes have already been published:
- Human rights and their protection: law and customary practice, Napoli, ESI, 2019.
- Human rights: new challenges and European responses, Napoli, ESI, 2020.
- Discrimination: respect and positive measures, Napoli, ESI, 2021.
- The protection of rights in the technological and environmental transition: the challenge of the third millennium, Napoli, ESI, 2024.
- The right to an adequate standard of living: an interdisciplinary perspective, ESI, 2025.
